Welcome to the 64th Annual Tournament!

On behalf of Southwest Texas College, it is our pleasure to welcome everyone back to the 64th Annual SWTX High School Invitational Basketball Tournament scheduled for December 5 - 7, 2024.

We are looking forward to another competitive, safe, and successful tournament.
  • Tournament Date: December 5 - 7, 2024
  • Event Location: La Forge Hall Gymnasium, SWTX Uvalde Campus

  • Tournament Details: Three-day tournament, teams are guaranteed 3 games

  1. The tournament bracket is provided below:

  2. Email your team confirmation to Landra Fowler, Kinesiology Department Coordinator, llfowler@swtjc.edu Questions? Call (830) 591-7241.
  3. Team Entries will require the submission of the Excel Spreadsheet formatted roster.
  4. Update Coach Contact information via the form below. Email Landra Fowler all updated Team contact information for any coaching staff not receiving tournament information.
  5. Team Roster Deadline: Monday, November 25, 2024, by 12:00 pm (noon)
    1. IMPORTANT: Submit your team roster via the Excel Spreadsheet
  6. Team Photo Submission Deadline: Monday, November 25, 2024, by 12:00 noon. Team photos will be showcased in the Tournament program.
  7. Tournament Fees: $200.00 per team. $400.00 per school. – Payment is due before all first-round games.
  8. Coaching Packet will include:
    1. Brackets
    2. General Tournament procedures team locker room/Facility expectations.
    3. Colored copies of Tournament Guide for Head and Assistant Coaches identified on Team Roster.
    4. Two All-tourney passes for your choice of guest.
  9. Hospitality is located in the downstairs weight room area. Hospitality is open to all Coaches and Officials only. Athletes are not allowed in the Hospitality area.
